Ensure the garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all SONYA MODA tags and hygiene seals still attached.
Ship the Items
Print your generated return label and drop your package off at any authorized postage location; we recommend using a trackable service.
Quality Inspection & Credit
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
